2023 2nd International Conference on New Energy Technology Innovation and Low-carbon Development(NET-LC 2023) was held in Changsha, China from January 6 to 8, 2023. Thanks to the support of experts and scholars!

In view of the COVID-19 outbreak in many parts of China, the NET-LC 2023 conference, which was scheduled to be held in Changsha, had been changed to an online conference.
